Job Description

Our client is seeking a qualified Accountant to eventually become Company Financial Controller
Come and be a part of a worldwide leader in the packaging machinery industry with a long-established record in Japan! They are in need of a hard-working, highly focused individual to join them in helping support their fast-growing customer base.

They are looking for an experienced person with accounting background who will work directly with their financial controller. General administrative and HR related tasks will also be part of his or her duty.

The role will have great room for growth - within time the person can become the financial controller!

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Regular Payment procedure
2. Cashflow control including E-banking and promisory notes
3. A/R and A/P
4. A/R and A/P for Intercompany transaction
5. Reconciliation of I/C transaction
6. Control  Advance payment
7. Sales & Cost matching analysis
8. Preparation J/E and payment slip ,Invoice , Debit Note
9. Year end closing
10. Quarterly reporting
11. HRs matter ( recruiting, retirement,social insulance, Headcount report)
12. Check for Travel expense report

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Business management, or Economics 　
• Book keeping 2nd degree or 1st degree
• Accounting Experience of 8-10 years
• Can work diligently and with patience
• Native Japanese and Fluent English
• Experience with Excel & Access and for Excel , Pivot Table and Function (Vlook) are a must
• Knowledge of HR and GA is needed
